Everyone loves a farmer’s market, and tourism brings many people to the valley, who all need to eat somewhere. Satisfied customers are repeat customers that bring revenue to our local economy. Conversely the rumor of a food borne illness can destroy an establishment’s reputation, often unjustly.
As a caregiver you are in a position of responsibility to make decisions for individuals under your care. Unlike a retail or a food service establishment there is a level of knowledge concerning the individuals that you care for that you have to keep in your mind.
